Open Coffeely on the same platform and account used for the purchase, then use the restore purchase option in the subscription or account area. If access is still missing, email support with the store, purchase date, and account email.
Why do my totals, budgets, or currency values look different?
Totals depend on the coffee entries, selected currency, filters, and exchange rate data available to the app. Check that your expense amounts, dates, and preferred currency are correct. Small exchange-rate differences can occur when rates refresh.
Can I export my coffee history?
Supported export options may depend on your app version and plan. Check the app's analytics or account area for available export features.
What data does Coffeely collect?
Coffeely collects the data needed to run accounts, sync coffee logs, manage subscriptions, show ads, send optional reminders, and diagnose reliability issues. The full details are available in the Coffeely Privacy Policy.
